A: No. But that's not the point. The dream is just an excuse to show up for and create the experiences we most need for our greatest growth. Ever hear the Buddhist saying, "The journey is the reward?" This is that. Sure, we celebrate successes, but we genuinely value and appreciate the flops - maybe even more. Take the stigma out of failure and watch how freedom floods into your life.
Q: Do I have to know exactly what my dream is? What if I'm not sure?
A: It's ok. It might be good to have some general direction or a few ideas you are chewing on, but we spend the first month asking the right questions to figure out what we really, truly want. Coaching will help you decide. There is no dream too serious, silly, or difficult. You came here to create; you are a creatress. You came here for joy; you are joyous.
Q: So, the $65 covers the workshop... and what else?
A: The $65/month (for 7 months) covers a monthly workshop, a monthly private coaching session with Sarah, and access to the online community support features. It's a good deal: a private life coaching session itself is $60. And it all works together to create the seamless structure, space, and support you need to do this important thing. And you aren't just getting a life coach; you are getting 7-10 other dreamers to share the experience with and several dozen alumni to cheer you on. Cheeky, bold women are worth their weight in gold. We hold eachother up. Q: What is the time commitment?
A: As far as the group commitment goes, it's about three hours per month: a two hour workshop and a private coaching session. However, the rest would depend upon your particular dream and how much you do with it. Ideally, this experience, while you have to make effort and space for it, should fit into your life. We all have kids, jobs, responsibilities - the question is how do we do all that every day and not become zombies? Dream League, baby. Make room for you. Make room for adventure.
